If the amount has already been debited from your bank account, there may be a delay at the bank's end.

Once we receive payment confirmation, we will allocate the unit(s) based on the funds credited to our account. If we don't receive a payment confirmation, the amount shall automatically be refunded to your account within 4-5 business days.
